We will notify the client of any item that is noted. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

• Passed the National Home Inspector Examination®.
• Completed the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) curriculum.
• Passed the InterNACHI’s Online Inspector Examination.
• Member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
• Associate member of ASHI.
• Member of Midwest Pro ASHI chapter.
• Member of Kansas Real Estate Inspectors.
• Member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2).
• Abide by Kansas Home Inspections and InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Over ten years experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning.
• Six years experience as a heating and air conditioning and appliance service technician.
• Experience with home remodeling and new home construction.
• Fulfill 24 hours of continuing education every year.
• Generate easy-to-read inspection reports.
